Rolfing (Dr. Ida Rolf Method):

Rolfing is a manual therapy developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf over her lifetime of work in holistic medicine. Since the 60s, Rolfing has been the most academic and research based form of manual manipulation and in most cases offers a solution that mainstream medicine can’t for pain relief without drugs. Rolfing is strong and detailed work that may leave you feeling high, or a “gravitational lift” after the session.

The Rolfing series of 10 sessions is empowering, each session addressing the structure and function of specific parts of the body. The step-by-step process is designed to organize the body in gravity, resulting in ease of movement and better posture. Vincent will serve as your guide through this healing process - seeing the tensegrity model that is your form assessing your movement: breathing, walking, and cranial motility. Though the 10 series is a design of Dr. Rolf, you’re needs are addressed starting with the first session through this ingenious process.
